We are seeking a compassionate, dependable caregiver to provide one-on-one support for an adult female working toward greater independence in daily living skills.

Responsibilities:

Assist with grocery shopping and meal planning.
Support meal preparation and healthy eating.
Encourage participation in community and social activities.
Assist with light housekeeping and household organization.
Support budgeting and weekly expense tracking.
Provide transportation to appointments and community outings as needed.
Document services and report concerns according to agency policy.

Requirements:

CPT First Aid
Live Scan
Negative TB test within last two years
