Caregiver Mon-Fri (10pm-6am)
We are looking for a reliable, patient, and compassionate Caregiver to provide continuous 24/7 support. The individual requires a moderate level of care, including assistance with medication-related needs and support with potential behavioral concerns. The ideal candidate should be understanding, attentive, and capable of providing consistent supervision and individualized care to ensure the individual's safety, comfort, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide ongoing supervision and support throughout the day and night.
• Assist with medication-related needs and follow prescribed care instructions.
• Recognize and appropriately respond to behavioral concerns.
• Provide guidance, reassurance, and support when needed.
• Help maintain a consistent and structured daily routine.
• Monitor the individual's condition and report any significant changes or concerns.
• Ensure the individual's safety and well-being at all times.
Qualifications
• Patient, dependable, and compassionate.
• Able to provide continuous care and supervision.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Capable of assisting with medication routines and managing behavioral challenges.
• Good communication skills and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Previous caregiving experience is an advantage.
Additional Requirements
• CPT First Aid certification.
• Live Scan clearance.
• Negative TB test within the last two years.
